So, Galster and I head up to the valley with Quernzy and my bro, the Ponceman, for Superball 8. It’s the brainchild of Jim and Joel Hodgeson, creators of Mystery Science Theatre 3000. Music, video, performance, visual… you name the art, it’s there. They even had a live video feed of pets getting neutered and/or spayed. [Superball8 info here]

And if that wasn’t enough reason to be there…

… there was BOOZE. Yes. With the $25 puchase of your Superball8 Ring you got the open bar that awaited inside. Vodka, Jack, Sangria… 3 choices. Then there was beer on tap. Jack rocks is my beast… we danced all night. Galster drank beer and “other”.

Meanwhile, a short film my bro is in, The Trouble With Syndromes, was playing every 30 minutes on a video loop. He was becoming an instant hit at the shindig. He got a personal rave for his performance and personality from none other than Paul Reubens, one of the many uber-cool, icon-of-my-world, Superball8 attendees.

Galster and his drunken ass wanted to eat… this was the 2AM munch craze that happens to drunkards like him. I aborted that mission for slumber. Why would I choose to be one of the first to turn in?

Because.

I have been busting my nuts to make comedy gold on a little cable show you might not see unless you go looking for it. So go looking. The show is called Stupidface. It’s full of comedy bits that tickle the funny bones and kick you in the hah hah nuts. They say it’s like Liquid Television meets Adult Swim. But with live action people. I don’t know who the “They” that say that are, but they say it nonetheless.

The series I direct is called MC Outdoorz. He’s an ol’ skool gangsta rapper who hosts a nature show… played by the hilariously hilarious Cozmo. His sidekick is DJ Ponce, played by my bro (and Paul Reubens endorsed comic genius) Josh “The Ponceman” Perry.

PREHEAT YOUR OVEN to 350 degrees

In a BIGASS mixing bowl, pour

3/4 CUPS POWDERED SUGAR

1 & 2/3 CUPS GRANULATED SUGAR

3/4 CUP OF BUTTER

2 EGGS

1 & 1/3 CUPS OF FLOUR

1/2 TABLESPOON BAKING POWDER

1/4 TABLESPOON SALT

6 GRAMS OF YOUR FAVORITE HERB

2 TABLESPOONS OF WATER

3/4 CUPS OF CHOCOLATE

1 CUP OF COURVASIER

2 TABLESPOONS OF VANILLA EXTRACT

Cook for 40 minutes and let cool
